Full Milk Cream Powder is manufactured from freshly, separated Australian Milk . The liquid whole milk is pasteurised, standardised to the required level of milk fat, evaporated into a concentrate, agglomerated, lecithinated and spray dried into a powder form. It is cream in color
We supply full cream milk powder made from fresh premium quality full cream cows milk by a spray-drying process. Rich and creamy in taste, these full cream milk powders have all the nutrients and vitamins present in fresh milk. The full cream milk powder mixes easily in hot or cold water and can be used for making hot and cold drinks, yogurt, sweets,milkshakes and for adding to breakfast cereals.
Full cream milk powder has full fat contents and also it is enriched in vitamin A and Vitamin 3.t contains lecithin
Whole Milk Powder has a clean flavour and optimum reconstitution characteristics. Whole milk powder enriched with nutrients, available in instant version, enriched with calcium, developed especially for human necessities.
VVRS Skimmed milk powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized skim milk. It contains 5% or less moisture (by weight) and 1.5% or less milk fat (by weight). Skimmed milk powder has a minimum milk protein content of 35%.
Skimmed milk powder is classified for use as ingredients according to the heat treatment used in their manufacture. There are three main classifications: high-heat (least soluble), medium-heat, and low-heat (most soluble).
VVRS Skim Milk Powder is manufactured from quality skim milk which is heat treated to give a consistent level of denatured whey proteins in the mid-medium heat range. It is then concentrated before being gently spray dried through a two-stage drying process.
Because if its preparation of removing the fat from whole milk, it is suitable for therapeutic conditions like Diabetic, obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases, hypertension etc…
